Right to Return
In accordance with applicable law, customers of our online store have the right to return purchased products within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, without providing a reason. -
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:-
The product must not be opened, used, or damaged.

The product packaging must be intact and in a condition that allows further sale.

The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all components of the set (e.g., leaflets, labels).

A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be included with the returned item.

Return Procedure

Customers wishing to exercise their right to return must inform us via email at kate.karska@gmail.com, providing the order number and contact details.

After confirmation of the return request, the customer must send the product to Bit of jam, Celebesstraat 46, 5014BS Tilburg, Netherlands

The cost of returning the product is covered by the customer.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and verify the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the same account used for the original payment.

If the returned product does not meet the conditions specified in point 2, the refund will not be processed, and the product may be sent back at the customer’s expense.

If a defective or damaged product is received, the customer has the right to file a complaint.

After a positive verification of the complaint, the customer may receive a new product or a refund.
